Hello everyone,

If there is anything anyone would like to see added or if you have news that needs to be shared, please let me know by emailing enterpriseaapc@gmail.com.

Important News
1. The website has had a major update that is finally complete, please visit http://geocities.com/dixiecoders and let me know what you think.
2. Reminder--your membership ID number will be needed when you sign in for a meeting, you should be able to find this number on your blue ID card issued to you by the national office, this is one of many new requirements from the national office.
3. For our September meeting, the topic will be 2006 ICD-9 Changes, we still need a speaker for this meeting, all that has to be done is for someone to find a list of the code changes(they should be either on the CMS or AAPC websites), make at least 15 copies to distribute at the meeting, and just point out some of the changes that you might find interesting. Also, starting this meeting we are asking for someone to present a "Site of the night", which will be a website that you would like to share with others, once again if you can, about 15 copies are needed to distribute for the meeting (if you cannot make 15 copies but have a site you would like to share with the group, please email me and I can make up the copies of the web address to distribute). The "Site of the Night" will be posted on a new web page from our website and will continue each month and I hope will provide some very useful and helpful information to our members and an opportunity for more members to volunteer their knowledge to others. Please email me or call me if would like to volunteer for either of these projects for the September meeting, we need your help to make this meeting a success. Also, if you have any changes for 2006, please bring them to share with the group for this meeting as well.
4. Speaking of volunteers, we still need a 2nd proctor for our Dec 17th exam in Dothan, if you would like to volunteer, please email me.
5. We need ideas for topics and speakers! If you have anything you would like to speak about, hear someone else speak about, or even know someone who would like to speak for an upcoming meeting, please contact any chapter officer (you can find contact information at the bottom of the page).
